It’s the high-end real-estate equivalent of a monster-truck-rally commercial.
Michael Jordan is selling his 56,000-square-foot, 9-bedroom, 15-bathroom home in Highland Park, a tony community about an hour’s drive north of Chicago. And to help him do it, Jordan enlisted agent Kofi Nartey, who in turn made three videos highlighting the property. Which would be great if all three didn’t belie the surprising tastefulness of the gargantuan estate itself.
The home, which includes a regulation basketball court, a tennis court, a wine cellar, a gym, a movie theater, and a circular pool with a grass-covered island in the center of it, is listed for $14,885,000. Just don’t let the videos make you think it’s not worth the price.
