Am I entering into a contract with you?

When you work with NestQuest Direct to market and sell your property, like most other agents, you will be on a six-month exclusive contract. You can view our terms and conditions here.

Where are you based?

We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida with local home-based agents throughout. And we are always expanding.

I am not in an area where you have a local, licensed sales agent. Can you still help?

Of course. If for some reason we can’t assign a local sales specialist to your area, although we won’t be able to provide a market appraisal or viewings, our team can still market and sell your property.

What happens if my property is not selling?

We gather data and provide you with feedback after each viewing so that we can establish reasons as to why your property may not be selling. We will analyze these reasons and make suggestions to increase the salability of your home. We also monitor your property weekly and are here to discuss any questions you have to guide you through the process.
