Open House: Prince’s Turks and Caicos Home Hits The Market

Prince’s 10,000-square-foot beach-front estate on a peninsula on the atoll of Providenciales in Turks has hit the market for a cool $12 mill. The home features a main residence, an attached guest wing, a two-bedroom guest house and a three-bedroom staff house.

The main house comes with a master suite with his and hers walk-in closets, two en-suite bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a covered terrace with a bar, a gym, a theatre and a very grand foyer. There are also two private beaches, a pool, a tennis court, tropical gardens, walking trails, a boat dock and (of course) a purple driveway.

Robert Greenwood of Christie’s International Real Estate told TMZ that Prince had not fully moved in, hence its sparse furnishings.

As far as Prince-associated real estate goes. LLNYC much prefer this pad to his one-time Spanish estate.

Prince died in April at his home in Minnesota.

Christie’s International Real Estate has the listing.
