Open House: Bruce Willis Pad Hits The Market for $12.9 Mill

Bruce Willis and Emma Heming’s former apartment at The Eldorado, located at 300 Central Park West, is back on the market — for $12.9 million.

Goldman Sachs hotshot Armen Avanessians, who heads Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s quantitative funds business, and his wife, Janette, bought the fourth-floor unit earlier this year for $12.75 million.

The Avanessians also own a third-floor unit that will also soon list for around $5 million, we hear. If combined by one owner, the units would make a spacious duplex.

Willis’ former apartment — whose past owners include U2’s Adam Clayton — measures 3,150 square feet.

It boasts three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, and includes 50 feet of Central Park views.

The home is smart wired, renovated and in move-in condition.
