Home of the Week: Tom Ford’s Epic 20,000 Acre Ranch Designed By Tadao Ando For Sale
Cerro Pelon Ranch, Designer Tom Ford’s property in the Galiesto Basin near Santa Fe, has reportedly hit the market for $75 million.
Covering 20,662 acres, the ranch has its own landing strip, eight-stall horse barn, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, staff quarters, guest houses, and—most incredible of all—a primary residence designed by leading architect Japanese Tadao Ando (known especially for the Church of Light in Osaka).
It also includes Silverado Movie Town, which was built as a set for the 1985 film Silverado, and has been used since in All the Pretty Horses, Wild, Wild West, and Thor.
Kevin Bobolsky, who would not confirm the price or seller’s identity to other outlets, has the listing. Take the tour…
