The 7,400 square foot, six-bedroom “Farmhouse” has a distinct rustic complexion but with features such as a 50-foot long swimming pool and countless custom furnishings, the designer ensures that the property maintains a certain level of sophistication that the hefty $13 million USD price tag can commend.
