Kanye Broke? Kim and Kanye Continue Extravagant Renovations On Their Massive Country Mansion
You know how Kanye went on Twitter to ask Mark Zuckerberg to invest “1 billion dollars into Kanye West ideas”? noting that he is “53 million dollars in personal debt”?
Well you wouldn’t know it to look at the amount of money he and Kim are pouring into their Hidden Hills, California home. According to “People” magazine, the famous couple is not holding back on the renovation costs for the home, purchasing “$20,000 fixtures, the perfect flooring – the costs have been endless.” To be fair, the lighting for good selfies does need to be jusssst right.
From the original listing of the home, which the couple bought in August 2014 for nearly $20 million, it has 15,667 square feet, eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms and a pool. But god only knows what it will look like once Kimye’s done with it!
The couple also owns a home in Bel Air, which they bought in 2013, renovated and never lived in. It is currently on the market for $20 million, according to People.
West later clarified his comments asking for money on Twitter, saying “Yes I am personally rich and I can buy furs and houses for my family,” but, “I need access to more money in order to bring more beautiful ideas to the world.”
We have a feeling those “beautiful ideas” may be something like a new kitchen.
