Cool Design: Motion Activated Mural Moves With You
ESI Design have transformed the lobby of Terrell Place in Washington DC, into a bright and colorful motion-activated mural.
The design includes a 1,700 square feet (157 sqm) mural with technology and media that are seamlessly integrated into the architectural surfaces to create an ever-evolving artwork.
The displays that the mural shows include three different modes – ‘Seasons,’ ‘Color Play,’ and ‘Cityscape’.
Each mode offers a selection of scenes that can be programmed with varying lengths and sequences, ensuring that the tenants never see the same scene even if they arrive and leave at the same time every day.
Watch the video by Jeff Wolfram below to really see it in action.
