Celeb Real Estate: Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann List Their Beachfront Mansion
Hollywood power couple Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann just listed their exclusive Malibu, Calif., home for $12 million.
The 3-bedroom, 1930s bungalow features a wall of windows with sweeping Pacific Ocean views, a bilevel deck and direct beach access, Variety reports. The house has a Tinseltown pedigree.
Apatow, the director of “Trainwreck,” “Knocked Up” and “This Is 40,” bought the spread for $10.8 million in 2013 from late “Pretty Woman” producer Laura Ziskin.
Apatow and Mann — who stars in comedy “How To Be Single,” out next month — also own an $18 million Brentwood, Calif., estate, plus a $9 million 3,000-square-foot West Village pied-à-terre, according to the showbiz trade paper.
