Tour Houses Without Leaving Your Couch

Would you like to walk through a home before you take the time to visit, from the comfort of your couch? No problem! We will schedule a time with the desired listing homeowner, and send one of our Agents to the home to live stream a walk through for you. You can text directions in real time such as, “open the closet door” or “check under the sink”, as the agent navigates the home and narrates the experience for you.

NestQuest Direct offers live walk through experiences on any listing you find. It doesn’t even have to be one of ours. Simply find the property you are interested in learning more about, and contact us. We will book a time with the homeowner and send you a text with a time for you to logon and view the home from the comfort of your couch. It’s that simple!

We are excited you have chosen to view homes with NestQuest Direct and our Live Experience Agents, from the comfort of your home. Our Agent will be with you shortly to begin your live tour. But first, please follow the directions below so you can begin your tour.

If you don’t already have the mobile app Periscope, please follow these directions:

• Start by downloading Periscope from the iTunes store (No Android yet)
• Sign in with your twitter handle or mobile phone number. For these instructions, we will disregard the twitter sign in directions (if you wish to use your twitter, then follow their instructions accordingly). Enter your mobile number.
• Create your username. At the moment your username is permanent. Choose wisely. You can follow the directions at the bottom of this page to build out your profile if you choose.
• Once logged in you see a magnifying glass in the upper left corner of the screen. This allows you to search people by user name. Type in NestQuest Direct and click follow.

Watching NestQuest’s broadcast is easy. Follow the link and open the broadcast in Periscope. When prompted by NestQuest Direct accept and open the broadcast. Then tap the screen and you will join the broadcast. Tapping the screen once you are in the broadcast is important otherwise you will not join and be able to view. Once you have joined the broadcast, the Agent will begin. The Agent cannot see nor hear you. But you can hear the Agent and you can comment and text the Agent in real time.

Interacting with the NestQuest broadcast is one of the great things about Periscope. All you have to do is tap on the “Say something” prompt on the bottom of the screen and you’ll be able to type your thoughts and questions!

That’s it! We will be in touch with the time our Agent will be on site to start your live tour. Once there, your phone will prompt you to log on to periscope.
