We Love The Interior Of Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats New Jersey Mansion, Yours For $15 Mill

It could be their growing family or their growing art collection. Either way, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are saying good-bye to their 25,000-square-foot mansion in New Jersey.

The “Girl on Fire” and her hip-hop husband are asking $14.9 million for the 5.42-acre compound, which encompasses 8 bedrooms and a whopping 14 bathrooms.

They bought the home from Eddie Murphy in 2013 and have renovated, including adding an entire wing for artwork — although TMZ.com, which first reported the listing, says the couple wants still more space for their expanding collection.

Indeed, there’s art throughout the home, including a delicately placed motorcycle in the marble foyer and a large painting of Keys in the dining room.

For entertainment, the mansion offers a movie theater, indoor swimming pool, two-lane bowling alley and professional recording studio.

Two elevators help Keys, Beatz and their children — including baby Genesis, born in December — negotiate the expansive space. The compound also boasts a carriage house with a gym and a five-car garage.

The listing agents are Dennis and Dolores McCormack of Prominent Properties/Sotheby’s International Realty.
